In the unlikely event that we cannot undertake your inspection on your chosen day we will contact you by telephone/email to rearrange a more convenient date.

By booking with us and paying a deposit you acknowledge that a further payment will be required on completion of the inspection, subject to the amount quoted to you by our team.

Properties are inspected as if the property was the inspectors. We are not liable for defects or faults that occur after the date of inspection.
